Cardpool is a service that lets customers buy discounted gift cards for up to 35% off or sell gift cards for cash.



The Order Fulfillment Associate role includes order entry, administration and shipping.  This role ensures orders are being tracked appropriately in accordance with Cardpool’s policies and procedures.



Regular working days would be Sunday through Thursday.  (Fri/Sat off) and hourly wage

  • Sunday: 7 -3:30 
  • Mon - Thurs: 9 - 5:30 
  • $14.75/hr







Selling gift cards

  • Involves opening envelopes from mailed gift cards that are received
  • Check gift card balances on received cards
  • Sending payment on gift cards to customers
  • Inputting cards into inventory

Buying gift cards

  • Involves retrieving the gift cards from inventory and mailing them out
  • Manage  and navigate orders through a customized queue system
  • Process the shipping of 85% of orders, verifying balances, and packing envelopes
  • Process up to 800 gift cards daily
  • Folding invoices into envelopes
  • Sending out emails to customers
  • Provide customer support by making verification phone calls


  • Must be MAC proficient and be able to navigate a browser
  • Familiar and be able to navigate in Google Chrome
  • Attention to detail, and ability to respond quickly to developing issues
  • Data entry and ability to do basic keyboard entry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of customer service principles
  • Problem solver and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
